Very nice guide to Bogota’s neighborhoods, but don’t refer to western countries as “first world”. Third world is an outdated and – to say the least – loaded term that belongs in the scrap heap of hackneyed, condescending terminology. If you want to give a compliment to an area, do so without being tacky and superior.
